The KENI Privilege Club is an exclusive program for owners of eligible KENI chargers. By connecting your charger to the KENI app, you are automatically enrolled in the Club and can receive $0.10 per eligible kWh. Members also receive exclusive benefits such as a 7-year warranty, referral rewards and local support.

Once your KENI charger is installed, connect it to Wi-Fi and the KENI app. Your charger will then be automatically registered with the KENI Privilege Club. No separate membership form or additional registration is required.

Yes. Membership in the KENI Privilege Club is free. There are no registration fees, monthly membership fees or hidden costs.

Eligible members receive $0.10 for every eligible kWh recorded by their connected KENI charger. The total amount you accumulate depends on the number of eligible kWh charged during the applicable period.

Your rewards begin accumulating once your eligible KENI charger is properly connected to the KENI app and your Club membership is active. Charging activity completed before your charger is connected and enrolled is not retroactively eligible.

Accumulated rewards are paid once per year, according to the official KENI Privilege Club payment schedule. Payment information and the status of your accumulated rewards are displayed in the KENI app.

Wi-Fi connectivity allows your charger to securely transmit the charging information required to calculate your rewards. It also provides access to charging history, connected features and applicable software updates in the KENI app.

Your charger will continue charging your vehicle normally. Your charging data will continue to be recorded by the charger while it is offline. Once the Wi-Fi connection is restored, the stored data will be synchronized with the KENI app and added to your account.

Yes. KENI chargers are also available through our official store on Amazon Canada. Regardless of where your KENI charger was purchased, you may join the KENI Privilege Club as long as your model is eligible and connected to the KENI app. Visit the official KENI Recharge store on Amazon Canada.

As a KENI Privilege Club member, your eligible charger is protected by a warranty of up to 7 years. If a covered failure occurs while your membership is active and during the 7-year warranty period, KENI will repair or replace the charger free of charge, in accordance with the applicable warranty and program terms.

Share your personal referral link or code from the KENI app. When someone you referred joins the KENI Privilege Club and completes the program requirements, the applicable referral rewards are automatically added to your KENI account. Program details and referral tracking are displayed directly in the app.

Yes. If you already own an eligible KENI charger, simply connect it to Wi-Fi and the KENI app. Once connected, your charger will be automatically enrolled in the KENI Privilege Club.

Rewards are calculated according to eligible charging activity, the KENI Privilege Club terms and the applicable clean-fuel and carbon-credit programs. KENI may update the reward structure or program terms if regulations, market conditions or program requirements change. Any important changes will be communicated to members.
